Return Policy
Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are unhappy with the product purchased from Celtic Linens, you may return it within 30 days from receipt of your purchase provided the item has not been used. If you comply with the above you may receive a full refund, exchange a product or obtain a credit for the original purchase price - your choice. If you have used the item we reserve the right to review and judge the validity of the claim and give credit based on our findings.

When the driver comes with my new order, can I give him items I want to return?
    Drivers cannot accept items for pickup unless you have already faxed or e-mailed Celtic Linens. When you fax or email us for a return, we generate paperwork that the driver will bring to you for signing. This ensures that you receive credit for the items you return.


When will my return be picked up?
    Returns are generally picked up in three to five business days. You will receive credit for the returned item when it is received back and inspected at our main warehouse.
